Getting a 0% APR Mass Save® HEAT Loan is 100% easy.

Step 1: Schedule an in-person or virtual Home Energy Assessment through Mass Save® https://www.masssave.com/en/residential/programs-and-services/home-energy-assessments/home-energy-assessments

Step 2. Once assessment is complete, a Mass Save® representative will have determined what improvements are recommended and eligible for financing. The representative will provide a HEAT Loan Intake Form, Program Steps, and Minimum Standards and Requirements.

Step 3: You’ll need to obtain written contractor price proposal(s) for the installation of the improvements and complete the HEAT Loan Intake Form. Then forward those two documents to your Mass Save® HEAT Loan representative. Once approved, you will receive a HEAT Loan Authorization Form.

Step 4: Finalize your Mass Save HEAT® Loan and obtain two-party checks.

Step 5: Get your energy efficient home upgrades on! Once measures are installed, Mass Save® conducts a post-installation inspection on the installed improvements.

Step 6: After satisfactory inspection, sign check over to contractor and any additional rebates are processed.
