*7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM): Interest rate is fixed for the first 7 years, after which the rate and payment may adjust annually. Adjustments are calculated using the Weekly One-Year Constant Maturity Treasury (CMT) index plus a margin of 2.75%. Rate adjustments are subject to an initial and periodic change cap of 2.00%, and a lifetime maximum rate increase cap of 6.00% over the initial rate. Rates and payments are subject to increase after the initial 7-year fixed period. Subject to credit approval. Equal Housing Lender NMLS # 452392.
