- Confirm Eligibility
View the Eligibility Tab to confirm the eligible requirements.
- Complete a no-cost Home Energy Assessment
Certain measures require completing Home Energy Assessment (HEA) through Mass Save to understand your home’s existing condition and identify any requirements that need to be addressed first. A HEA is mandatory if you plan to pursue any of the following:
- Whole Home Heat Pump
- Partial Home Heat Pump (when pursuing bonus incentives)
- Windows
- Weatherization
- Weatherization Barriers
For all other financeable measures, an HEA is not required, though it is recommended as it may help identify additional opportunities for savings.
