Who Can Join?

Anyone who lives, works or attends school in Middlesex, Worcester, Norfolk or Suffolk County is eligible to join St. Mary's Credit Union.

Membership is also available to relatives1 of existing members regardless of where they live. To establish your membership, simply open a savings account with $10, and you're in! It's that easy!

Once you have a membership at St. Mary's Credit Union, you are a member for life — even if you move or change jobs outside of our field of membership.

How to Open an Account

Opening an account is simple. You can open a checking or a savings account onlineOpens in New Window in as little as 10 minutes. Or, simply stop into any of our branch locations today with a valid U.S. picture ID and we'll get a new account opened for you in no time.

What You Need to Open an Account

To help the government fight terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. Confidentiality of the information maintained by St. Mary's Credit Union will be protected as required under our privacy policy.

When you come to any St. Mary's office to open an account we will need to ask for the following information: Name, address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, employer information, and driver's license or picture ID.
