Anyone who lives, works or attends school in Middlesex, Worcester, Norfolk or Suffolk County is eligible to join St. Mary's Credit Union. Membership is also available to relatives* of existing members regardless of where they live. To establish your membership, simply open any account, and you're in! It's that easy!
Once you have a membership in St. Mary's Credit Union, you are a member for life -- even if you move or change jobs outside of our field of membership!
*Eligible relatives include: father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half-brother, half-sister.
How to open an account
Opening an account is simple. You can open a Checking or a Savings account online in as little as 10 minutes. Just stop in to any of our branch locations today with a valid U.S. picture ID and we'll get a new account opened for you in no time.
If you are already a member and wish to open additional account(s), please call our Member Service Center at (866) 585-7628 or send us a secure email. Depending on your account needs, we may be able to open the account over the phone or through the mail and fund it through an existing account.
What you need to open an account
When you come to any St. Mary's office to open an account we will need to ask for the following information: Name, address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, employer information, and driver's license or picture ID.
